Radovan Vitosevic is an entrepreneur, author, and public speaker, recognized for leadership in international business and contributions to personal development literature. He is the founder of Billingz, an early-stage software company building financial visibility tools for freelancers and the self-employed.
Vitosevic began his career in banking in 2007. In 2012, he joined a global European loyalty and benefits company as a back-office manager, and over the following thirteen years rose from Country Director across multiple European markets, to Chief Operating Officer, to Chief Executive Officer and Board Member responsible for loyalty program operations across more than fifty countries.
In 2016, alongside his corporate roles, he founded Global Minds, a Skopje consulting firm that works directly with business owners and managers on strategy, growth, international expansion and strategic web presence, and delivers corporate training and keynote talks.
In 2025, Vitosevic founded Billingz, focused on serving freelancers and self-employed professionals through software for invoicing, financial visibility, and revenue planning.
Vitosevic is the co-author, with Katerina Angelovska, of the bestselling book Awakening Consciousness: A complete guide to personal and collective transformation (2019). His next books are Business Rooster, a business and personal finance book out on 1 September 2026, and The Two Suits: Twenty years inside global corporations, and what money taught me, a business memoir scheduled for 2027.
He holds a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) from Key West University of Florida, completed as a scholar of Moscow Finance and Law University (MFUA). He also holds an Executive MBA in Finance and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Sheffield, and is a Chartered Manager (CMI). His awards include Business Elite’s 40 Under 40 (2021), Business Class Awardee for Best Loyalty Program in Bulgaria (2021), and Gentlemen Magazine’s Manager of the Year Up to 40 (2020).
