Led an international consumer loyalty platform across multiple regions. Operations spanning Europe and beyond, with thousands of partners and millions of consumers in the network.
The role was a long-form lesson in running complex operating systems, multi-language, multi-jurisdiction, multi-stakeholder. It also clarified, by contrast, where modern software for one-person businesses falls short. That gap is what Billingz exists to close.
